The Waves Sports Complex

The Waves Sports Complex on Thabeban Street, Bundaberg, is the home of Across the Waves Football Club.  All training and home games are held at the Complex, with games played on Field 1, overlooked by the magnificent grandstand and Bar that offer the perfect place to view football.

The grounds also have multiple dressing rooms, referees room, storage rooms, and toilet amenities for use by our members.

Overall, the Complex hosts Football, Rugby League, and Rugby Union fields, cricket training nets, Bocce, two magnificent bowling greens, and two tennis/netball courts. There are also bar and canteen facilities. Many of The Waves’ subclubs use the main bar and function area throughout the year.

Players from very many places have come and played on Field 1 at Thabeban Street and have commented that this field and the facilities are as good as you will find in Country Qld and comparable to many Brisbane home grounds.
